Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
LOJ Papers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, reach out to our support team and we will help investigate the issue.
